What is Gridfinity?

Gridfinity is an open-source modular storage system for workshops and drawers. It uses a 42mm grid with stacking bins that interlock on baseplates. Created by Zack Freedman.

What size magnets do I need?

6mm diameter × 2mm thick neodymium magnets. The magnet holes are press-fit — no glue required. Magnet holes are optional and can be disabled.

Can I print these without a baseplate?

Yes. The bins work standalone on any flat surface. The Gridfinity base is optional and only needed for interlocking alignment on a baseplate grid.
